Hi guys....this is my very first post here...
I have just downloaded the PLE edition from the eyeon website and installed it. My problem is that when I launch fusion it initializes all the stuff and launches the browser but thats it. It hangs there. Windows task manager shows it as a not responding task.
Guys please help me to solve this problem.

Thanks,
J

what are you machine specs?

most likly you don't have a Nvidia or ATI graphics card.

Or

the Firewall is blocking communication, when a fresh install says block or unblock, then unblock is correct.

Hi steve thanks for the reply.
I have a Nvidia QuadroFx 550 which i think should be good enough to run fusion.
I am not sure bout the firewall. How do i check whether its a firewall issue or something else because startup doesnt really prompt any error, it just hangs.
Just for the info I tried to install previous versions of fusion ie. 5.2 to check it out and even there i am facing the same problem

Could also be antivirus etc

The firewall has settings to allow programs to communicate, you can add and adjust those settings, its in the control panel.

Hey thanks steve, It was indeed the antivirus firewall which was the problem.

Thanks
J
