Hello, I'm trying to use the Replicate3D node to copy Text3D to vertices of a 3DShape. My question is, can I feed the Text3D node a string of text that has the ID of the vertice I am copying to so that each copy of Text has a different string? In Houdini, this would be the equivalent of using the Stamp expression. Thanks!

Hey Todd, Well theres´s no way you can do that with expressions.
But there are two workarounds.. both needing you to add more text nodes to your comp.
The first .. you know that the Replicate tool can take in multiple inputs... so just duplicate you text node to the right amount out vertices and connect them to the Replicate tool.
I find this kinda hard to control where the text should be.
The way i found works best is to use the CoordTransform tool. This way you can asign each text to the right vertice and still use the Replicate node for animation. You will be losing the Alignment mode thou.
