I'm not sure if this is even feasible in nodal compositors, but I'm looking for a simple way to retime (time-remap in AFX lingo) a node tree incoming branch (precomp in afx) so that the keys are retimed as a whole and not the frames blended. Any tips are welcome!

While this doesn't work with a TimeStretcher, you could
go to your SplineEditor,
set the CurrentTime to the frame you want to scale around,
select all Keyframes (Ctrl-A),
click on the 'Time' button in the upper left of the editor until it changes to 'Scale',
type in the re-timing-value you want to scale with.
