Hello!

I have a project, where exists the TXT+ node with Frame Render Script, this node is connected to 9 Merge nodes. When Fusion renders the frame, TXT node and its script are called 9 times, which leads to extremely slow rendering.

For example, if I put print(); into the script, it prints the output 9 times. Why?

How to make Fusion call the node once per frame?

Thanks!

Have tried to launch script only twice via if time == n then ... , but Fusion doesn't store the node state between the script calls, it just thinks it is the empty TXT+ node. Why? How to make it do this?

Thanks!

That's by design. You might have something in the script that you want executed every request. It's not ideal, but it is safer.
