Yet another grid generator where the grid pattern can be defined using gradient controls.

Slightly modified version.

Now grid center is exactly connected to the pattern and when the image height is greater than width grid fills all the image area.

I am not sure were to apply this setting. I have tried on background tool and paint. It shows up in the spline view and timeline but not in the flow.
Thanks in advance.

This new version has a more regular interface with tabs and additional Foreground and Background masks.
To mask both layers, either connect the same mask to both inputs or connect it to Effect Mask and check Multiply by Mask in the Common Controls tab.

The macro can now generate not only grids, but some other types of pattern.

Enjoy!

P.S. I only regret GradientType in Background can't be set numerically and I had to create a simple yet loooong expression.

In the new version 02-2:
  • The interface was revised.
  • Motion blur feature was added.
  • The macro now supports interactive help: if you select the node and press F1, you'll get a detailed description page. This feature works in Fusion 6.31 and above.
