Multi Plate is a temporal plug-in that does the same thing as Furnace SmartPlate, but with basic tracking instead of motion estimation. Multi Plate uses supplied tracking data to generate one still frame from a sequence of frames.
This tool can be useful to generate a large clean plate from a panning shot (ideally without too much parallax). You can have it only add new pixels or filter the frames with median in order to get rid of moving objects/artifacts. Give it a spin and let me know if you have any suggestions..

(I've attached a comp with sample footage borrowed from the foundry ;)),
http://www.thefoundr...oval_input.mov)

The plug-in is multi-threaded and compiled for 32bit/x86.
Make sure you run at least Fusion 5.3.55 with this one. : )

Good luck!

Sorry about this. But where do I place this plugin? I have tried in Plugin folder but I'm not seeing anything. I get so lost as to where to put things like this. Fuses, .settings, .eyeonscripts and such I can see in other folders, but plugins??

The plugin is only for the 32bit version of Fusion. Maybe that's the culprit?

Oh.
The zip in the first post is only x86. Didn't know about the version from christoffer's site.

yes I have the 64 bit version from his website, I add it to my Plugin folder, but I don't see it come up in Tools menu or even when I add it to Bins. If anyone can provide some guidance, would be so helpful. I want to try it as I have some footage that I would like to see if it can create a clean plate.

Yes that one. I'm not at my computer at the moment, but if I recall correctly that is the folder. In that folder, there are subfolders for /eyeon and a couple of others. I have the Krokodrove(?) plugin in the plugins folder and that is working ok. I mean I can bring up the Tools menu and see a listing for Krokodrove and all of it's tools.

On my system the plugins are here:
Tools>Creator>Multi plate
Tools>Filter>Multi filter
I just checked this on x86 and x64 Fusion v6.4b1092
